The Vegetarian and Vegan Foundation (VVF)
The Vegetarian and Vegan Foundation – or VVF – is a registered charity that was set up to monitor and explain the increasing amount of scientific research linking vegetarian and vegan diets to health, and to provide accurate information with which to make informed choices.
